Objective. To investigate the ability of Paenibacillus polymyxa KB to produce biologically active substances that stimulate growth and development plants. Methods. Qualitative quantitative determination auxins, abscisic acid (ABA) cytokinins in culture fluid (CF) P. was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using Agilent 1200 chromatograph; gibberellins were measured (HPLC/MS) chromatograph (Agilent Technologies, USA) G1956B mass spectral detector.
